With its heritage firmly in the retail sector, Storemax specialises in Point of Sale and mobile devices optimised for the harsh environment that can exist beneath a checkout, or counter-top. All of our products are designed to remain stable during a protracted roll-out to ensure that a validated set of software can be deployed from the first terminal to the last with little or no change. This is in stark contrast to many desktop PC deployments where life-cycles may be as short as three months before a component changes forces a new build image to be created.
